Re-Imagining Logistics in Ireland
Welcome to
Momentum
Logistics Park
An established logistics park, re-imagined for Europe’s most innovative businesses.
Our Vision
for the Park
Palm is investing in the regeneration, development and upgrade of facilities and amenities in the park aimed at creating a world class sustainable park. Palm’s vision for Momentum Logistics Park is to transform the park into the premier logistics park in Ireland, focusing on place-making, connectivity, enhanced public realm and sustainability.
The park will feature best-in-class amenity with a green amenity spine through the main circulation route of the park including:
New pedestrian and cycle network
Enhanced public lighting
Creative landscaping
Shelters, picnic facilities and meeting places
Coffee offerings
Outdoor gym equipment
Five-a-side football field
The public realm upgrade aims to enhance a sense of place, build a stronger community in the park and create an active and vibrant place for staff members and visitors to take breaks and interact with one another. The development itself will promote sustainable forms of transport in the form of reduced car parking, increased bicycle parking and high pedestrian permeability throughout the site.
The Momentum Logistics Park masterplan scheme (currently at Planning Stage) proposes upgrades to the existing facilities on the main access route through the park.
The upgrades include:
Segregated cycling facilities
Widened footpaths
Traffic calming measures
The introduction of public realm nodes
These changes increase the attractiveness of the park substantially, as well as promoting a modal shift towards walking and cycling as an alternative to private car commuting.

Green-Minded and Sustainability Focused
Sustainability and environmental performance guides us and we are thoughtfully making impactful changes to the existing park and buildings. We are creating spaces that are more sustainable, energy efficient and innovative – actively reducing the park and occupiers’ carbon output.
Targeted LEED Gold
We’re aspiring to the high level of LEED’s globally-recognised framework for healthy, efficient, carbon and cost-saving green buildings. The LEED certification is a globally recognised symbol of sustainability achievement.
Zero Emissions Buildings (ZEB)
The ZEB standard for buildings will form the next revision of the Building Regulations replacing the current standard NZEB (Nearly Zero-Emissions Building), it is expected to be adopted into regulation circa 2026. A zero emission building is defined as a building with a very high energy performance, energy is provided completely from renewable sources and without any on-site carbon emissions from fossil fuels. Palm Logistics have committed to adopting ZEB standard specification into our new buildings making us leaders in sustainable building practices, demonstrating our commitment to reducing carbon emissions and contributing to a healthier planet.
Members of the Irish Green Building Council
We are working to accelerate Ireland’s transformation to a sustainable built environment. The Irish Green Building Council is one of 80 globally, working together to bring about local and global change.
Reimagined Public Spaces
Our investment in the public realm and improved site amenities will provide an attractive place to work with enhanced infrastructure, connectivity and major landscaping. These enhancements make a desirable working environment while also providing a sense of place for the people and companies located at Momentum Logistics Park.
There are green spaces and hubs for exercising, socialising and wellbeing. The high-quality landscaped areas, 5-a-side football pitch and amenities allow us to create designated areas to rest, relax and recharge, with footpaths, running trails and woodlands to wander and explore.

Designed with work life balance at its core and created with a full understanding of the needs of employers and employees, Momentum Logisitics Park is central to a motivated workforce. The M7 corridor is among the most densely populated areas of Ireland providing occupiers in Momentum with unrivalled access to a large catchment of highly skilled workers. There are 44,135 people located within a 10km radius and over 250,000 within a 50km radius.
The county of Kildare has a rich heritage of sport, arts, culture and technology, with multinationals such as Intel, Pfizer, Kerry Group and Diageo choosing to locate in the vicinity. There is access to affordable, quality accommodation, leading schools and third-level education – key factors for attracting and maintaining talent in a competitive environment.
